Safe Space Circles

Healing Through Community - Our Safe Space Circles provide a judgment-free, confidential peer support groups for youth aged 12-21. Led by trained facilitators with lived experience, these circles encourage open dialogue, emotional expression, and mutual support. 

  • Weekly in person or virtual groups

  • Trauma informed facilitators

  • Activities include art, journaling, mindfulness

Own Your Story Podcast

Your Story Matters. Your Voice is Power - This youth-led podcast gives teens and young adults the chance to share their experiences growing up around addition. Each episode promotes healing, awareness, and hope - and helps break the stigma.

 

  • Interview- based and anonymous storytelling options

  • Produced with support from mental health professionals

Youth Advisory Council

Shaping the Future With Youth at the Table - Our Youth Advisory Council puts power in the hand of those we serve. Members collaborate on programs, speak at events, and advocate for change in their communities. 

  • Ages 14-24

  • Monthly Meetings

  • Leadership training, stipends, and real-world impact

Creative Healing Workshops

Turning Pain Into Power - Through art, music, writing, and movement, youth are encouraged to process emotions and express their truths in powerful ways.

 

  • Monthly themed workshops

  • Led by local artists and therapists

  • Open to all youth, no experience needed

Mentorship & Support Services

Guidance That Gets It - We pair youth with mentors who understand the challenges of growing up around addiction. From emotional support to school help, our mentors walk alongside young people every step of the way.

Community Events & Trainings

Breaking Stigma Together - We host community events that educate families, professionals, and allies about the impact of addiction on youth—and how to support healing and resilience.
